St Andrew’s Church is a church family with a place and a heart for everyone.
Seen by many in the town as one of the focal points of the Paddock Wood community. Our church team, made up of volunteers and paid staff, are always there to help and support those from our community, in the joys and celebrations of life, and to offer comfort and hope in times of sadness or questioning.
Whether it’s providing opportunities for parents and carers to come and play with their children at our weekly Little Pickles or having lunch with those recently bereaved, St Andrew’s offers it all with a genuine welcome and the love of God. However, St Andrew’s ministry is not confined to the building, as we reach out into our community offering support with The Community Storehouse (Food Bank) and work in the schools by offering assemblies, teaching of lesson and after school work. Our pastoral assistants visit the housebound and support individuals in hospital, while our Mission group reminds us that we are part of a much larger world. To this end we support a number of mission agencies who support workers on different continents with the prayer and resources they need to share the Good News with others.
We would love to welcome you either to one of our groups, to one of our services or just get the opportunity to know you and chat with you.
